An iconic activity

We visited Santorini island once again for World Environment Day. An initiative that was communicated worldwide as it was covered by the Agence France-Presse. In perfect cooperation (as always) with the Municipal Port Fund of Thira, we introduced a number of activities in less than 2 days

• Clean up initiative in the Port of Vlychada where we witnessed a significant reduction of marine litter after 3 visits of our organization
• Lifting up abandoned nets from reefs found in 48 meters and live streaming of the operation
• Educational program
• Inauguration of 3 new pilot projects in the island

The farewell of our mission by the local community with musical, traditional instruments was a pleasant surprise!
